For this logo I chose to do a hand-drawn "one line" visage wearing dangling earrings to showcase the simple yet elegant pieces handcrafted by the shop owner. In addition, geometric shapes add both color and structure to the piece. The text dangling over the side of the shapes mimics the dangling earrings on the subject and helps the flow of the logo. Casey's color scheme was preselected earth tones that represent with the natural medium she crafts. 

 

Casey ultimately decided to choose another designer's logo, however this piece challenged me to maintain creativity and continue to pursue graphic design in my free time.
